الشحن

• يتم توصيل الطلبات خلال 2–7 أيام عمل (لا يُحتسب يوم الجمعة ضمن مدة الشحن).

• يمكن معاينة المنتج عند الاستلام قبل استلام الطلب.

الاستبدال

• متاح استبدال المنتج خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

• يشترط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم.

الاسترجاع

• متاح استرجاع المنتج خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
